Our Hospital - Tour

The front car park at the front of the building is accessed via Malvern Road.

The front door opens automatically into the airlock to keep the north wind out.



The reception desk is wide and our reception room has separate areas for dogs and cats. We have some toys and treats to make the visit more enjoyable for your pet. We stock a large range of premium dog and cat foods.

We have three consulting rooms with one dedicated solely to cats.

Behind the consulting rooms is the pharmacy and laboratory. Our laboratory is equipped with diagnostic equipment allowing us to perform many common laboratory tests on site and very quickly.



The next zone of hour hospital is the main treatment room. This is the room where all our anaesthetics are started, all out dental procedures are performs as well as all our "dirty" procedures that do not require a sterile surgery. This room also houses our intensive care and recovery cages for close monitoring of our very sick patients.

Off the central Treatment area are the surgery, dog ward, dog runs, grooming, cat ward, isolation and the imaging suite.

We have a central sterile area where all our instruments are autoclaved and packed ready for use.



Our hospital is fully air conditioned for the comfort of our staff and patients.

Our Full time groomers have three rooms dedicated to making your pet more beautiful.




Our imaging suite contains a state-of-the-art Innovet 300mA Xray machine with automatic processor as well as an ultrasound and endoscope.
